Rajshahi Cantonment Board School & college, situated at Rajshahi Cantonment, in the heart of Rajshahi city, also known as the city of Education is a well reputed and rapidly growing educational institution in Bangladesh. Established in 1986, it has become a torch-bearer of education in this historic area of Varandra. The institution is run by the Director General of Directorate of Military Lands & Cantonments (DMLC), Ministry of Defense under the vigilant supervision of the reverend Station Commander, Rajshiahi Cantonment and direct guidance of Cantonment Executive Officer (CEO), Rajshahi Cantonment Board. With the active and ardent initiatives of Colonel MD Abdul Aziz (late), the former education inclined Station Commandant of Rajshahi Cantonment, the institute was set up as a Junior School at the very beginning.
